Two ways to access your records

Keep the document you received during your visit: it contains the information required for your first login.

1 - My IMS space

  • Sign in using the username and password shown on the document provided by our reception team during your visit.
  • With these temporary credentials, your results remain available for 180 days.
  • Create your account for permanent access to all your documents.
  • You may share the access details with your doctor.
  • The report and images can be downloaded and/or printed.

2 - Mon espace santé

  • Follow the activation process for your “Mon espace santé” account.
  • Your GP will be notified of your results and will be able to view them.
  • The report and images can be downloaded and/or printed.
